Terms of agreement
general
We are pleased that you want to join the notification service of the Municipality of Jerusalem (hereinafter: "the Municipality") which is carried out and provided through the Israeli Resident Company (hereinafter: the "Company") and/or parties on their behalf.
The service is provided free of charge and does not involve any payment, except for costs that you may have in accordance with your personal usage agreement with the cellular provider.
By marking your agreement in the confirmation tab (hereinafter: the "Confirmation"), you confirm that you have read this document in its entirety and have agreed of your own free will to all its terms, including the conditions for joining mailings on behalf of the Jerusalem Municipality in the categories you have selected (hereinafter: "the mailings"). The Jerusalem Municipality may provide the mailing itself or through a party acting on its behalf or use third parties to provide the mailing.
By registering as a registered user (hereinafter: "User"), you express your consent and authorize the municipality and/or anyone on its behalf to send messages to the mobile phone device with which you registered and/or the e-mail address you specified and/or with which you registered, messages, and/or Text messages and/or email messages and/or messages by other means to your email address and/or with which you registered as well as messages and messages on behalf of the company.
Parts of these regulations, including messages that will be sent, are worded in the masculine language for convenience only, but everything stated in the messages, in the regulations and on the website is intended for both women and men.
Consent to receive notifications from the Jerusalem Municipality
By providing your personal details and registering for the mailing, you confirm your consent to the use of the details you provided for the purpose of receiving messages from the Kfar Saba Municipality and third parties on its behalf and in the name of the Municipality of ... in accordance with its sole discretion, including messages that may be defined as "advertisement matter" in accordance with the provisions of Section 30a of the Communications Law ( Bezeq and Services) – 5752 1982 (hereinafter: "advertisement messages"). You are aware of the possibility of receiving these contents and waive any demand and/or claim in this regard.
I know that I am not under any legal obligation to provide my details to the municipality and/or the company, and I do so of my own free will, and that I actually agreed to join the mailing. Also, I am aware and I agree that my personal information will be kept by the municipality and/or entities acting on its behalf and will not be transferred to a third party, except in accordance with the provisions of any law and for the purpose of the regular delivery of mailings.
By giving the approval, you agree and confirm to the Municipality of Jerusalem and/or parties acting on its behalf that the use and/or storage and/or retention of the information you provided and/or its collection in the information systems will not be considered a violation of your privacy and will not entitle you to any remedy and/or claim and/or demand and/or any compensation.
Joining here is free of charge and any user over the age of 13 may join the audience of message recipients. Kfar Saba Municipality may delete a user who does not meet these conditions and/or abuses the system. In essence, you waive any claim and/or demand in this regard.
By essentially agreeing, you waive any claim and/or demand regarding receiving mailings and/or not receiving mailings and/or receiving information that is not in the categories to which you have registered.
The Municipality of Jerusalem reserves the right to distribute through the mailing list publications that will not necessarily correspond to the fields to which it is registered as well as general informational messages, including emergency messages, on behalf of the Municipality of Jerusalem, including messages that may be considered advertising messages. By agreeing to the mailing, you confirm that you will not have any claim and/or demand regarding the content of the messages, their frequency, the time of their distribution, as well as any costs that you may incur as a result of receiving the messages.
Removal from the mailing can be done using the removal link that will be attached to each publication that will be sent to you and/or by means of a registered mail message to the address of the Municipality of Jerusalem at the address Safra Square 1, Jerusalem. In the event that you withdraw your consent, your data will be removed from the database within a reasonable time and you will stop receiving messages from the Jerusalem Municipality through this system. It is possible that you will continue to receive messages from the municipality by other means. It is possible that you will continue to receive messages from the municipality on other issues, including through the company's systems.
By joining and agreeing to the terms of use, you agree and confirm that information, including personal details and additional information, will be kept in a database and that this information will be used at the discretion of the municipality and in accordance with the provisions of any law.
In the very nature of information systems, the receipt of information depends and is subject to the proper operation of the municipal information systems and systems of third parties. You undertake to update immediately on any change in your personal details and on any reasons to receive the aforementioned mailing. The Jerusalem Municipality and/or the parties acting on its behalf will not be responsible for any damage caused, including to a third party, as a result of not updating the personal details on time.
The Municipality of Jerusalem and the entities acting on its behalf will not be responsible for not receiving a benefit and/or mailing and/or any other publication from the website and you waive any claim in this regard. The municipality may decide at any time and without prior notice to stop the site's activity.
The Limassol Municipality respects the privacy of users of the messaging system it manages and operates (hereinafter: "the system"). In light of this, it has decided to publish its policy regarding the protection of privacy in the system, and it undertakes towards the user to comply with this policy. The purpose of the policy is to explain what the procedures are in relation to the privacy of the users of the system, and how the municipality uses the information provided to it by the users of the system or collected by it when using the system.
Registration for services
To the extent that personal details are required from you when registering for the services, you will be asked to provide only the information directly necessary for the provision of the services.

When using the system services, information may be collected about you. Some of the information may identify you personally, that is, by name and address, etc. You confirm that this is information that you knowingly provide. Some of the information does not identify you personally and is not saved together with your details, it is statistical and cumulative information. An example of personal information that may be collected is, among other things, publications you received or read in the system and / or links you received, the pages you viewed, the offers and services that interested you, the Internet address (IP) from which you contacted and more.
The database
The collected data may be stored in a database. The municipality cannot guarantee that the databases are immune from hacking by third parties and therefore, despite the efforts it and its suppliers invest in maintaining the databases, the municipality and/or any party on its behalf will not bear any damage that can and will result from a hacking of its databases and/or those of its suppliers.
The use of information
The use of the collected information will be done only according to this privacy policy or according to the provisions of any law, in order to -
Allow to use different services in the system.
Improve and enrich the services and content offered in the system.
Change or cancel existing services and content.
For publishing information and content.
To adapt the ads that will be displayed when you visit the sites to your interests
The information that will be used by the company will mainly be statistical information, which is not personally identifiable.
Providing information to a third party
The company will not transfer your personal details and the information collected about your activity on the site to third parties except in the cases listed below:
In the event of a legal dispute between you and the company that would require disclosure of your details;
If you perform actions that are contrary to the law;
If a judicial order is obtained instructing you to hand over your details or information about you to a third party;
Right to review information
According to the Privacy Protection Law, 1981, every person has the right to review the information about him that is held in a database. A person who reviewed the information on it and found that it is not correct, complete, clear or updated, may contact the owner of the database with a request to correct the information or delete it.
Such an application should be directed to the municipality at email 106@....co.il In addition, you may be entitled according to the Privacy Protection Law, 1981 to demand in writing that the information relating to you be deleted from the database.
Change of regulations and privacy policy
The municipality and the company reserve the right to change from time to time the provisions of the regulations or any part of them, including the privacy policy, in accordance with their sole discretion and without the obligation to update the users of the change.
